Shipping and fulfillment
How much is shipping?
Most eligible standard U.S. orders have a $9.99 shipping charge. Oversized and special-handling products may need a separate quote or may not qualify for automatic checkout. You'll see the final shipping charge and applicable tax before paying.
How quickly will my order ship?
We send orders to wholesale fulfillment partners. Processing and transit time depend on the product and delivery address, and we can't guarantee a particular carrier or delivery date. If an item can't be fulfilled as ordered, we'll contact you about the next steps.
If something isn't right
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
You can request a return of an eligible unused, unopened, factory-sealed product within 14 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us first for authorization. Opened or used intimate items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind because of hygiene considerations.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order reference and an explanation, preferably within seven days of delivery. We review damaged, defective, missing and incorrect items separately from change-of-mind returns. Applicable legal rights still apply.
When are refunds issued?
We aim to issue approved refunds within ten business days after reviewing the claim or inspecting an eligible return. Your payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available.

Paying for your order
How do payments work?
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The current checkout uses a hosted NOWPayments cryptocurrency invoice. Your order is marked paid after our system verifies payment confirmation, not merely when you return from the payment page. Card checkout is not active yet.
How will I know my order was received?
Order updates are sent to the email provided at checkout when delivery is available. Keep your order reference, and contact support if you need help verifying payment or finding an update.

What happens to my information?
We use the order information needed for payment verification, fulfillment, customer communication and legal records. Distribution partners need the item and delivery details to ship your order. We do not advertise a packaging format or billing descriptor that we cannot verify.
Will ordering sign me up for marketing?
No. Placing an order does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email.
