We want you to receive the products you ordered, in good condition. Because this store sells intimate personal items, unopened products and products that have been opened are treated differently.

Unopened items: 14 days

For a change of mind, request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, with any factory hygiene seals intact. Contact us first with your order reference to obtain return authorization and instructions. Please do not mail products to an address on a shipping label without approval.

For an approved change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law. We will explain any applicable deductions before you send the item back.

Opened or used intimate products

For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used or unsealed intimate products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not remove your rights if a product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the description.

Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days after delivery, with the order reference, an explanation and photographs if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy. We cover authorized return shipping when the error or defect is our responsibility. Reporting after 7 days does not cancel any rights you have under applicable law.

Cancellations and items we cannot supply

Ask us promptly if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel it if fulfillment has not started; once it has shipped, the return rules above apply. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will offer a suitable resolution or refund for the unavailable item and any related shipping charge that should be returned.

Refund timing and method

We aim to issue approved refunds within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting an eligible return, or after approving a claim that does not require a return. Your financial institution or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available. Where possible, refunds go back through the original payment method.

Cryptocurrency payments

Order prices and approved refund amounts are determined in U.S. dollars. For an eligible cryptocurrency refund, we will confirm a secure return method with you; the amount of cryptocurrency can differ from the original payment due to exchange-rate movements and network fees. Never share a wallet recovery phrase or private key. Nothing here limits refunds required by law.
