Shopping for personal products should be private. This policy explains the information Lately Lovely receives, how it is used and shared to fulfill orders, and how to contact us about your data.

Information we collect

At checkout we collect your name, email address, delivery address, optional phone number, the products and quantities ordered, order totals, payment status, and order communications. If you send a product inquiry or contact us, we also receive the information you choose to share. Our hosting and security services may receive technical data such as IP address, browser details, and request activity.

How we use it

We use this information to calculate order totals, process and verify payments, arrange delivery, communicate with you, provide customer support, handle returns and disputes, protect against fraud, and meet legal and bookkeeping requirements. Purchase information can reveal sensitive personal interests, so it should be handled with particular care.

Who needs your information

We share only information needed to perform a service: our website and database hosts process site and order records; NOWPayments handles the current cryptocurrency checkout; suppliers and delivery carriers receive the products, recipient name, and shipping information needed to fulfill orders; and an email provider may deliver transactional messages when enabled. Those providers have their own privacy practices.

Fulfillment partners need to know which products to send. We do not provide identifiable product-level shopping histories to advertising companies for targeted ads or sell that information. If we introduce advertising tracking or materially different sharing in the future, this policy will need to be updated before those activities begin.

Private couples questionnaire

Our optional couples questionnaire uses separate, randomly generated private links. It records each person's Yes, Maybe, and No selections without asking for names or email addresses. Each participant can view only the interests that both people selected Yes, not the other person's individual answers or disagreements. The site does not use these selections to target ads or create a purchasing profile.

Private links expire after 14 days. Expired questionnaire records are removed during periodic cleanup; technical access logs may be retained separately by infrastructure providers. Keep your link private, because anyone with it may access the shared results after both participants finish.

Marketing

Placing an order does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If we offer promotional emails in the future, we will explain how to sign up and unsubscribe before sending them.

Payments

Our current checkout uses a third-party cryptocurrency invoice. We receive the order reference and payment status rather than wallet seed phrases or full payment card numbers. Cryptocurrency transfers may be visible on public blockchains. Card payment is not currently active; if it becomes available, its processor will handle payment details under its own terms.

Browser storage and product images

Your basket and 18+ confirmation are stored in your browser so the store can remember your selections. You can remove them through your browser's site-data controls. Some product images or other assets may be provided by external services, which can receive limited technical request information such as IP address.

How long information is kept

Order, payment and support records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Records may remain in secured backups for a limited operational period. We do not promise immediate deletion of records we must preserve by law or to resolve a transaction.

Your privacy choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your order, and ask about permitted uses or disclosures. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have further rights, including to appeal a denied request or opt out of certain data uses. Contact us at the address below with the subject "Privacy request." We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing order records. If we cannot fully grant a request, we will explain any applicable exception and how to appeal where required.

Security and age

The store uses HTTPS and restricted administrative access, but no online service is guaranteed to be completely secure. This website is intended for adults aged 18 and older. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.

Updates

If our payment methods, data practices, or legal obligations change, we will update this page and its date. Changes will apply as permitted by law.
