We currently accept orders for eligible addresses in the United States. Availability for your destination is checked at checkout.

Shipping charges

Most ordinary orders use a $9.99 flat shipping charge. Heavy, oversized or special-handling products may require a separate shipping quote or be unavailable for automatic checkout. The actual shipping charge and applicable tax are shown in the order review before payment.

Fulfillment and delivery

Orders are fulfilled by distribution partners. Product availability is not guaranteed in real time, and processing or delivery times can vary by item and destination. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as placed and arrange an appropriate replacement, cancellation or refund.

Delivery problems

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or appears damaged, contact us with your order reference. If a delivery issue is confirmed, we will work with the distributor or carrier to determine a suitable resolution. We cannot promise a particular carrier, delivery date, or packaging format unless stated on your order.
